На планирование учебных программ могут в определённой степени влиять следующие факторы: - результаты анализа учебных потребностей; - цели обучения (или результаты усвоения учебного материала); - характеристики потенциальных обучаемых (предварительные знания и опыт, соображения взрослых по поводу обучения и т.д.); - продолжительность учебной программы; - доступные ресурсы (преподаватели, оборудование, учебная аппаратура); - затраты и плата за обучение; - методы обучения; - методы оценивания обучения и т.п. — The factors that may bring to bear some influence on the design of training curricula are as follows: - the results of the training needs analysis; - the training objectives (or the learning outcomes); - the characteristics of potential participants (prior learning and experience, adult learning considerations, etc.); - duration of the training program; - training costs and fees; - available resources (trainers, equipment, training facilities); - training methods; - methods of evaluation of training, etc.
